London: 10 bed guest house requires 1 day a week management

Preferable weekend cover - although week day cover may also be possible. Previous in experience in hotel industry is desirable.
Tasks will include serving breakfast, cleaning and tidying kitchen after breakfast,taking telephone bookings, replying to emails, welcoming and checking in guests, overseeing cleaners and being fully responsible for the guest house whilst management take a day off.
Extra evening work also sometimes available.
The successful applicant must be able to provide good customer service at all times and be responsible for keeping up the high standards of the guest house.
