Communication is indeed easier and quicker. However, there is a down side. For one, many waste away much of their disposable income on frivolous upgrades or new innovations which are unnecessary.

And, communication has become so informal that I'm afraid that we are developing a whole generation who can only speak in bits and starts, with only lol's and idk's.
