There are many possible and simple ways for your ‘SBCGlobal email not working ‘ issues to get fixed as of the following

Go to your email account and check if your account is active or not, in other words, check if your account needs to get renewed or your account validity.
If you are unable to open SBCGlobal account then try recovering your password and then open it again.
Check your ISP (internet service provider) in other words check your internet connection and it should be above 25mbps.
Sometimes your SBCGlobal account does not open because of your slow working computer so you can delete the browsing history and cookies or you can shift to another convenient and fast working device.
