Loughborough University Sleep Research Centre researchers found that delta waves (in the range of one to four Hz) remained dampened
for nearly one hour after a nearby cell phone was shut off. These brainwaves are the most reliable and sensitive marker of stage two sleep.

It seems that if you use cell phone by talking with someone, you couldn't sleep for an hour. Try and see.

we should try it ourselves, rather than listen to scientists. But I think there can't be any connection between mind and cell phone

If I have the option here, I won't try to use the cell phone too frequently, as I know that it will bring more harmful effects to our health...

Why aren’t global organization shutting down cell phones, because many investigations and researches have shown lately that it is harmful for people.

I can’t imagine for a city of millions of people to manage a day without such an important communication utility.
But, they surely need to expand the researches in this sphere in order to updated cell phones and bring them to a safer level.

Karl, people did live without cell phones until the '80s-'90s of the previous century, so it's possible.
