To travel to Belgium you will need a passport valid for 3 month after your intended stay. You are waiwed from a visa requirement for tourist travel of up to 90 days in a 180 day period holding a Canadian passport and having Canadian citizenship.
There are no special provisions for traveling of unaccompanied minors however a written statement by your parents will be helpful not to be recognized as runaway by immigration officers.
