ISLAM?????????????????????????????????????????????????
#1
So, I read the Quran. I read the story of Muhammad. Now, I could be very wrong and stupid to perceive what I did the way I did.(feel free to call me wrong and stupid.) But What I read basically said that Muhammad was a rich and powerful young man who traveled a lot. He was very fond of Christianity and Judaism. He was a follower of both religions. One day he comes scurrying out the woods saying an angel of God told him a new prophecy that rules Jesus out as the Son of Man. No miracles, no proof. Just the advantage of his majesty that if you don't believe this you will be stoned to death or beheaded. (That still works today in the middle east). I don't think he way lying about the angel telling him the prophecy, only I don't believe It was an angel sent by God. Please tell me what I'm missing.
I know how honest Muhammad was. That's why I said I don't believe he was lying about the prophecy. Only I think he was manipulated by an angel of the darkness. He actually died a Christian, little do people know.
I highly doubt if Muhammad would have made people slaves only to gain power. He was only doing what he was believed to be right. If "God" or an "angel" actually spoke to me or you (before we knew about schizophrenia) we would have most likely believed it to be true.
I said I read the Quran. I didn't say I got my facts from it. The prophet Muhammad is a historical figure.
I didn't say I don't believe it because it goes against my religion. I didn't even say I had a religion. I wasn't being literal when I said "woods". And the prophecy DID SO say that men where to be slaves. So interested? READ CAREFULLY.
And Muhammad was a rich 12 year old.

Tell Satan I said *u*k you.

Islam is a deception... so what else is new?... btw... islam does not require you to "believe" in that deception... just submit to it's law... if you do not submit... then you are to be killed...

It is quite likely that muhamid was looking for a good scam to enforce control over people with out a lot of physical effort... and he started to think up that stuff...but the forces of evil saw it and said lets help him out a bit... so they became the influence behind it all... you are correct in that it was not an Angel of God... it was from the forces of evil...

What u missed is you didnt read the Quran. What you said is imaginary from your mind.

Quran never said Mohamad was rich and he was never rich.

He never was fond of Christianity and Judaism and he didnt follow any of these religions.

In his area, there was no wood. And yes Quran says that Jesus "PBUH" is not son of God, he had no father. He was born miraclously without man intervention.

From where did u assume, no miracles and no proof, this need discussion.

I read Quran many times, Quran never said the who doesnt believe he should be stoned to death.

So you dont believe it was angel just because the prophecy is against your religion.

Then its not prophecy, what came in the Quran about Jesus happened as we claim, no one can prophecise about past.

Either we are right about Jesus or Christianity is right, in order to know which one is right, you should prove.

Thank God, we can prove from nowadays bible

Then schizophrenic person is not strong person (actually schizofrenic people is weak and people dont care about them), how he could rule a nation that never was ruled in history. Dont contradict your self.

The Quran does not actually tell the story of Muhammad, so I don't know what you were reading but it wasn't the Quran.

Muhammad was not rich or powerful. He was an orphan who spent his younger years herding sheep for his relatives.

He was a follower neither of Christianity or Judaism.

He lived in the Arabian desert. There were no woods for him to come 'scurrying' out of. Someone is really having fun fooling you!

His first revelation said nothing about Jesus at all, so what is this prophecy you say rules out Jesus as the Son of Man?

He did have miracles. The fact you haven't been told about them, does not mean they did not happen. They were witnessed.

He did have proof. The proof is the Quran itself.

He was not a 'majesty' who threatened disbelief with beheading or stoning. In fact the first thirteen years of his ministry, he and his followers were mercilessly persecuted and several killed for their belief. Still he did not fight back. Only after they finally migrated to the safety of the city of Yathrib, and their enemies followed them to try and wipe them out, did the Muslims finally defend themselves.
