Your relationship has ended without any specific reason for separation. You have been deserted by love in unexpected moment. We should not make a drama from this event, an existential question of your life. Remedies after a separation are simple and worth a try!
1. If he is the one who dropped to you, think that a relationship is not based on reciprocity on feelings will bring more sadness than joy. "The feelings may change over time": if this idea occur to you, would be better to remove it, because it is only a result of your wishes and hopes.

2. Be optimistic and think that you are neither first nor last woman who may suffer from some deception in love. It is true that separation is painful, that life for two is now part of the past, feelings and memories can not be erased with a sponge, but the relationship of the couple does not mean loneliness in two!
3. Do not throw the things that belongs to him, not delete the pictures or messages that you sent them during the relationship. These things only wouldn't show you that you will always have a weakness for him, even if it is indeed a reality.

4. Put in balance the strengths and downs of the relationship and try to tell if this is the relationship you need! Strong feelings that you still have would say "yes", but not just your feelings are important!
5. Do not try to get revenge on what happened by throwing you immediately into a new relationship. You will only hurt you and others around you, without having this in mind.

6. Try to live your life as it is, with good and bad, without being overwhelmed by feelings and memories of life in two. Get out, as much is possible, out the house, call upon your friends or have fun with them. Avoid as much as you can loneliness.
7. Even if your feelings for him are very strong, do not accept the proposal to remain friends and to see with him farther. There may have divergent views on the relation of friendship, to change opinions broader about the reasons of separation and to appear more suffering on both sides!

8. You should not hate him and see this relationship as a deception in love. Keep memories and remember with smile! Maybe will be someone who will fall in love for your smile.

Life in two have a start, but and a finish. If you come to a separation in couple, try to think optimistically and see the bright side. Do not look at the separation as a painful final, but as a gate to a new beginning. Smile Confuseduper
