ONE THING YOU SHOULDN'T ALLOW
#1
A few years ago I started a new carrier. Very soon I realized that things at my job were not as easy as I thought in the beginning. The problem was that one experienced co-worker looked down upon me. He used any opportunity to send a message to me, that I was not capable and competent. He took advantage of the fact that I was young and inexperienced "to torture" me.

Gradually, I began to believe him and considered quitting the job. Fortunately for me he was sent abroad to represent the company. I regrouped, made a tremendous progress and became one of the most successful at the job.

What should we conclude from this story?
Don't allow any person treat you like you are a person of the second or third category, like you are not important. Don't allow this even in the case you are very young and inexperienced, even in the case you are mere a boy.

OK, I agree. But how do we respond this person? With the same behaviour? I think this would be the only solution - we should prove everybody this persons is not of worth, we should play jokes of him so that he feels bothered in front of everybody.

If we tend to appear stronger, we will definitely become stronger. It's all in our mind. We get what we really want. The barriers are the persons who dislike you and they actually envy you because they are afraid you will succeed more.

I would say believe in yourself and compete with yourself. And ignore such people as they are generally a waste of your time.
