Needless to say, any Cosmetic Surgery that you may be considering, you are in a very capable and extremely competent hands at Everlast Wellness. An aesthetic treatment used to address dimply and lumpy appearance of the skin, usually in the thighs, buttocks or hips. It is caused by irregular tightening of muscle fibers that pull down the skin and push the fat deposit beneath the skin upwards.
How does a Cellulite treatment work?
Everlast offers several treatment options for cellulites. One of the most effective ones is the use of a technique called subcision, where small needles are inserted to the depressed areas via a special hand held device, cutting and breaking the tightened muscle fiber. The release of the destroyed fibrotic muscle releases and pushes the sunken areas upward again. Collagen synthesis is also stimulated by the body’s natural healing process which lightens and improves the cellulite marks overtime.
Is the treatment painful? Is it safe? How long will the treatment take?
To ensure comfort during the treatment, a numbing cream or local anesthesia is applied before the procedure. On average, 25 cellulites may be treated in an hour. This cellulite treatment used in the center is FDA approved and proven safe.
How many treatments I need before I see results and how long will it stay?
Results will show as early as 3 days after the treatment and may last for 3 years.
