What is over - training...
In the bodybuilding training means to train more than you need. What mean train less than normal need
Obvious, this condition is opposite to that of over-training. Do you work less than you is not good, because you do not touch the objectives. Status of under-training can be observed when you return home after room and not feel tired at all. Feeling you have to have after training at a gym should not be either exhausted or extreme relaxation - but moderate fatigue.
What is the sharing system...
With the advancement in bodybuilding, training sessions are becoming more complex and you still can not work the whole body in one session. This is where sharing system, which means involvement of half of the body in a workout and the other half in future training. There are divisions for 2 days, but 3, 4 or 5.

Hi,
I want to express my point of view about women bodybuilding.
I really don't think it is wonderful or beautiful first of all for a woman. When someone say the word "woman" first of all it imagine a very beautiful person with a divine face and a wonderful body. I don't think that it will imagine a person with a great muscle and no aspect. A woman is like a beautiful flower which need to be protected by a strong man, she shouldn't look like a strong man with great muscles.

This is a very noble sentiment in theory. Are all women beautiful flowers?

What happens to women who are not born beautiful? What about women who are bigger and stronger than men? Are they locked in their parents' cellar, where you cannot see them? :haha

Most women start going to the gym to lose weight and tone their body, sometimes because they are frightened of men and want to build strength. Then, like Benn said, exercise becomes like an addiction. Imagine: powerlifting is a sport where being big is an advantage! You can wear a bikini! People take photographs of you! So I can understand why girls do it.

each person has different definitions for beauty ... and what for you is beautiful to another may be bizarre, unusual or ugly

I disagree with you ... beauty is a gift, if I may so express myself, and if she does not meet the characteristics you said, it's not a woman ...?
the women .... are human beings with body constitution different from that of the man ... and has nothing to do with beauty

usually outside is nothing without inside .... so being a woman, does not mean only to look good, but having and soul ! So ... muscles not change human nature ... only differentiate ..
Can be something wrong in being different from others?

Actually if they want to removed that muscles they can. My goodness I can't really reconcile why those women love to have those ugly muscles.

Everyone needs to be loved. Just like there are men who like women who morbidly obese or men who love women who are extremely thin, there are men who like muscular women, and so forth.

Oh God. I didn't know if they are a man clothe in a woman. LOL they look like a gay. I'm sure their body is crying because of what they did. There's no wrong doing a body building as long as they still love their body. Not like those horrible one. Sorry.
