My predictions are the following to progress to the Round of 16:

South Africa & France from Group A.
Nigeria & Greece from Group B.
England & USA from Group C.
Germany & Australia from Group D.
Netherlands & Denmark from Group E.
Italy & Paraguay from Group F.
Brazil & Côte d'Ivoire from Group G.
Spain & Switzerland from Group H.

I think Argentina will be the big surprise Failure of the World Cup. Diego Maradona is the greatest footballer of all time, buy will be a failure as a manager/coach. I can see fighting within the team with him there.

Australia & Greece will be the teams to surprise many.

Ok, maybe to resurect this topic a little bit :D

Predictions about Serbia being one of the teams that want qual. for the tournement were just wrong, werent they. Serbia is playing the best football in the last 12 years and is known as a 5th or 6th team in europe at the moment. i think Serbia will not have much problem passing the D group, has a very good chance being first in the group and I thing that QF will be their max. Looking forward for the match against Germany which is not that much of a team anymore.

Yes Serbia were one of the best performed teams from the European zone qualifiers.

In the past Serbia would win easy one day against a world class team & a few days later would go down 6-0. When they were good they could beat any team in the world & when they were bad they were very bad.

I feel this Serbian national team is more professional & wont start fighting within the team when things go bad.
