How to make your waist smaller?

Postby Laurentine » 01 Jul 2009, 07:14

Firstly no matter what your fitness goals start off with these four tips: Eat healthier foods, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (but aim for 12), take a multivitamin daily, avoid excessive alcohol or alcohol altogether if possible. Alcohol lowers testosterone and decreases the body's ability to burn fat.

There are two ways to make your waist smaller. The first is to lose fat. To do this restrict your calories about 500 calories below maintenance (You can use this calculator to figure it out eat more protein, weight train every 48 hours, and go for a light 20-30 minute jog in the morning.In addition don't eat within 2 to 3 hours of going to sleep. By doing this your body will turn to fat as it's primary fuel source and you can literally burn fat in your sleep. Maximum weight lost per week should not be over 1 pound unless you are significantly overweight in which case it's safe to lose about 1% of your body weight.

This exercise is not so easy to realize, but if you are eager to have a slim figure you will succeed for sure.

Well I will uncover you a small trick which doesn't require special exercises. You should eat, for example a very fat dairy produces such as cream, cottage cheese etc..

Only for men :)
Here’s how you do it:

* Exhale as much air as possible
* Suck in the stomach
* Bend at the waist and put your hands on your knees
* Pull back on your knees and really feel the vacuum
* Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, trying to “touch” your belly button to your spine. Repeat 5-10 times
* You can do this exercise many times per day, every day of the week

If there are two people who have the same body mass index, the one who is physically more active has a slimmer waist. If you add an hour of brisk walking to your daily schedule, you can lose a couple of kilos in 3–6 months if your diet is moderate. With physical exercise, it is possible to boost the weight-losing process by 10%. Thus, when losing 10 kilos, one kilo is due to exercise. Good luck!!

There is a exercise which helps in making the waist smaller, and it is to whirl a circle (or more) around your waist, take a look on the pictures. It will burn your grease which is accumulated around the waist and it will became more smaller. Try..
