Swimming styles are crawl, breaststroke, butterfly and swimming style back. Each style of swimming has different difficulty levels and train specific muscle groups.
Bras style is most easily implemented and often is first learned, especially by girls. It is called and Frog style, because the position is similar to that of the frogs swimming: the stomach, with knees bent and arms stretched in front, palms with fingers close draw water from underneath the body, then arms returns at initial position. This allows advancing in water. The legs are flexible and perform movements similar to those of frogs that swim, bending the knees and then stretching feet. The movements are done simultaneously, and the body is propelled by their strength.
