A couple of great websites that explore the Istro Romanians, their culture and current status:
http://istro-romanian.com/
and http://istrianet.org/
Some great pictures and a long gallery of famous Istrians.

So your saying that Istro Romanians have special traits or something like that? What is the main difference between native Romanians and Istro Romanians?

Romanians are also Latin and Orthodox, as people of the Roman Empire (between IV-VI centuries). It is possible that all the Latin populations living in Balkans have the same origin.
