Long living

Everyone wants to have a long life, but unfortunately with each year our life become shorter and shorter. How do you think what should we do to make our life more longer? I've heard that people who live in big cities have a shorter life then those who live in small cities. Do you think it's true?

Ingredients for aging gracefully:
Don't smoke
Limit alcohol
Eat well
Be active
Get enough sleep
Get regular check ups and screenings
Practice safe habits
Remember mental and emotional health
Well, maybe it is not quite that simple. But even though health risks increase with age, no one is predestined to age related complications, such as loss of independence, disability or suffering chronic diseases

I think that the most important thing is to give our organism the rest time that it needs. You should get enough sleep (aim for 7-8 hours each night), stick to a regular schedule. Before bed, avoid food or drinks that might keep you up.
