What would you prefer: to be a rich person or to be a wise person? If you choose the second option, you will discover that life is not a lottery. Why? If you look around yourself, you will see in everything the concept of a gradual growth: in a tree, in a flower, in a building, in a city, in knowledge and wisdom, etc. if you ignore the principle of gradual growth, pretty soon you will end up with turmoil in your head. So, the way you answer to the title question, depends on what goal you pursue in your life.

I completely disagree with you. Those who fail in winning at casinos and things like that are nothing but losers. Living a life where you gain "gradual profit" is very boring. Rich people always jeopardized their life and now they are rich, that's exactly what we ought to do!

a lottery? yes and no ... are things that choose someone for us .... and are things for wich we decide ... we can not choose our parents but we can choose what kind of people we become and what role we will have in society.

yes, i think the life is the lottery.
when person says lottery, he means the proccess of whoes end he doesn't know. but who of us knows what is waiting for us next moment. from this point of view the life is a unendless lottery.
in life there are thousands of facts that have influence on the way we go by. and the same thing happens with a lottery ticket that has only one chance to exit from all others
