IF SOMEONE FALLS IN YOUR EYES

IF SOMEONE FALLS IN YOUR EYES

If someone falls in your eyes, it might be your fault. Sounds strange, isn’t it? But think about “piling up” or “fishing”, little by little, only negatives in the behavior of one person. In one day, all over sudden, that person will not be “welcomed” any more in your heart. That person could be your co-worker, friend, girl-friend, wife, son, daughter etc.? Why could such a dramatic change happen in your mind? The main cause for this could be that you never have given a thought to assist that person to “rise up” above his/her own faults. His faults were much more “inciting” for your mind, then his good qualities, as a result you kept his shortcomings in your focus.
In order to reverse this “picture”, why not to try to “build up” on his/her unique good qualities. Assist him/her to magnify them to such a degree, that those faults would appear totally insignificant. And you may start with little things, like praising him for what he really does well. Next, you may instill in him the belief and courage, which will prompt him to do even better. The main metamorphose will happen with you: that very person could become an every day source of joy for you, instead of bitter disappointment.

This happens because of a negative comparison which automatically takes place in our mind. For example, when we were young we could physically remember a person which did something bad, and now, you simply associate that person with the person you are looking at. Don't allow that to happen. Do understand the fact that the new person is not the one you are thinking about.
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

In order not to make people be inferior to you, just do not boast about anything, since this will create discomfort.

man usually falls in front of us when betrays out trust and expectations. Of the blue he can not have a fell reputation. Either someone did submitit as a scalawag or while he himself becomes

I do not judge people by first impressions, not even after some unsuccessful in their lives so if a man falls in my eyes to regain status must submit no less effort and still not know if they will ever reach a result " to gain my respect"

I never don't help a man to dive but hold out a hand for help him learn to swim. All we times abase or upset a person even if we had not this intention, But those who humiliates a man with conscience they are no better than those who shunned, because you can not do your reputation on the backs of others.
