HOW TO HAVE CONTROL?

HOW TO HAVE CONTROL?

Postby euigorwithyou » 02 Dec 2008, 17:06

A colleague of mine, who works in a financial company in the center of New York City, told me: “Do you know that only a few people know how to really work in my company?” I was surprised to hear that from him. But later on I realized that being full with activities and really working is a big difference. For instance, millions of young people train themselves in different sports long hours, almost everyday. But there are only a few champions. The reason: only a few really know what does it means to take control over things.

So what does it involve? It involves the courage of believing in yourself and the skill of nourishing this courage under the most difficult circumstances. Many people cannot figure out that control involves the above mentioned things. That’s why, only a few have real control over things they do in life.

You are discouraging us. Champions doesn't mean that only he really knows how to work. It's just that he knows how to work very good. But many people do that. If one can keep every thing under control, he should become a boss then.

the world is not perfect. If I were a boss, I would avoid hiring "champions", that's because I would be afraid that they could surpass me and I thereby jeopardize my business

being a perfect worker is not necessarily the trait one should have for taking main positions. Being a manager/boss requires a lot of communication skill, otherwise the company risks losing all its workers.

How to have control? It's simple - you need motivation and persistence, and also it's important to have luck. Motivate yourself every day and you'll find soon that you have obtained great results, beaver away and the success is near at hand.

Addiction is one of the things that it is an exclamation to the fact that we have no control over our body. There are so many types of addiction in the world today and they include things like drugs, over eating, over drinking, any sort of substance that makes the person feel good. Then there is the problem of phobia. Then there is the issue of weaknesses of the human body, mind and body functions, disease and all sorts of areas.

Those people who achieve a very big results, they really can have control above themselves. They become liders and chiefs. But not all people put such goal in life to become a chief. That is why it is not a sin not to have the absolute :) control above yourself
