HOW TO AVOID FRUSTRATIONS?

HOW TO AVOID FRUSTRATIONS?

Postby euigorwithyou » 27 Nov 2008, 08:32

How many times you saw situations, when a person tells you: “Yes, I understand”, only to come to you, again in next few minutes to declare: “I don’t understand what to do?”

One important cause of people’s frustration is that they confuse a general understanding of a situation with a real one. People grasp easily the general idea of many situations. But there is always next step, namely the application in practice. And what is the application in practice? It is the ability to use understanding successfully in order to solve problems, including life problems, work problems, etc. But if a person had just a perception of understanding instead of a real understanding, how he will be able to apply it? In fact, in this case, he will run from one problem to another one. And this generates tremendous amount of frustration in people’s life. So, what to do? The real understanding involves the ability to see clearly the elements, or the constituent’s parts of a structure situation, system, theory, etc. and interactions among them. Also the real understanding answers the questions: “Why? What is the cause of a certain problem, event, etc.?"

Once you see clearly all elements of a certain situation, the way the elements interact among themselves, and the cause of the situation, you may say that you understand it, and are ready to solve it successfully.

again the problem of theory and practice...
This is the problem in many universities. Apparently universities certain higher education institutions are great, BUT, everything their professors do is only theoretical. 21st century needs more practice in order to meet modern challenges.

Frustration is the result of failure in achieving success
failure in achieving success is the result of either insufficient efforts or wrong decisions or wrong efforts:

Failure in life and thus frustration results if:

1. wrong choice made by you - on wrong path all steps wrong, hence failure normal
2. wrong priorities in life - only priorities that include love and thus God will succeed
3. missing factor of love in your action or decisions made
4. your success would be at the expense of others
5. your success is of no benefit to others
6. insufficient efforts on the right path
7. wrong efforts on the right path
