Set such a goal, as to envision yourself being one of the greatest in the field.
The greatness can be manifested even before any activity starts. It is concentrated in the person's attitude and motivation. So,greatness is linked to the attitude of superior vision. But it prefers to appear in front of people, only after passing the test of of the greatest preparation of the mind and heart.

Some people need a few years, but others need a few decades to prepare themselves. And when they achieve a very high level, than God rise them to greatness.
