If you love these things then the motivation should come fairly easily. Perhaps if you stop thinking about it as exercise and just get out there and play.. you'll be inclined to do it more often? When I go for a run, I think about everything else besides the exercise I'm getting.
I think about the people I'll see and how funny they'll look, I think about what I get to eat when I get home or later that day, I think about how AWESOME my a$$ will look in my new jeans LOL.. it makes it fun. Of course when I get on the road.. I think of nothing but the feeling of my feet hitting the ground and the music pumping through my ipod
