I am only 16 years old and I weigh 247 pounds. I really want to try to loose weight and I know that I need to for my health but I have no motivation to start trying to diet. Also, I eat constantly and can't control it. What can I do to get the motivation I need to start exercising and to start eating healthier? Also, can anyone give me diet and exercise tips that would be helpful?

The thing that motivates me to diet and exercise is just looking at the mirror and myself. I hate the feeling of people calling me fat and stuff. And the feeling of not fitting into clothes I want.

After the body is buried or cremated, you won't ever see it again. For me, kissing my mom as she lay in her casket was my last chance to have any physical contact with her. It was a final goodbye to her physical body.
I don't know but it freaks the crap out of me. Both my grampas died in the past year and everybody was kissing them and touching theirs hands and even encouraged me to hold the ones hand. I don't think so.
I was having panic attacks just being in the same room.
