Exercise. It releases feel good hormones (endorphins) into your blood stream and gets rid of tension. Go for a run. Start running slowly and every now and then do a sprint at max pace for as long a distance as you can handle. You're feeling trapped? Think of this as running toward an open door and just go for it. It helps a lot of people, you will not be the first.
