I think the best way is not to offer that money which are requested from you, and in case you are in such situation you should call the special authorities which specializes in that and that's all. One by one they will be exterminated. :slurp

Corruption is now recognized to be one of the world's greatest challenges. There are a number of very different reasons for why businesses should combat corruption in all its forms. Corruption is inherently wrong. It is a misuse of power and position and has a disproportionate impact on the poor and disadvantaged. It undermines the integrity of all involved and damages the fabric of the organizations to which they belong. The reality that laws making corrupt practices criminal may not always be enforced is no justification for accepting corrupt practices. To fight corruption in all its forms is simply the right thing to do.

I guess this is a really complex phenomenon, since it affects a community on many different levels. Two main reasons are probably education and economy: the first one is essential to start in family, so that people understand its consequences and the latter should be well-developed to provide decent life quality, including good salaries, and the temptation to bribe would decrease as well.
What do you think about this?
