Depending on the case. Not all people are judged equally. There are people who can sometimes accidentally do something bad. they deserve a second chance.

i think the second chance will be given to person if he deserves this. if he is ready to change himself at the second time when the problem appeared. but why at the second?????? why? may be the mistake is made permanently by the person. but every time he makes it less and less. and he try to change the situation but can't make it immediatly. only the proccess of mistakes can give him chance to be changed

Let's take a simple man who is learning from it's mistake.. than I agree .... But if to take a terrorist who has killed 10 people, then he got caught,to him you will give a second chance ? He even the first not worth it what ti say about the second. Him will you judge by this principle to? cause the second time he will kill 8 people, then 6 and so on, he less and less is killing...

Of course, Faw_Peter, i speak about simple people's problems. About the inside perfection of everybody of us. But the death that terrorists bring is a political problem, that needs a political interference.
