If making better policy can be done by feasible costs and improve organizational efficiency/performance - then it's often question of survival for organization on market - so management will initiate new methods intervention automatically as they are available (and risks of negative consequences are low). Of course environment adaptation ability (personnel resistance, etc.) also matters. |
