I got out of the millitary in 2007 and I'm trying to find a way to move to germany? and i hear that aafes might be my best bet as far as getting a job....does anybody know how I could go about landing a job in germany and how aafes hire.

There are two types of jobs.... local hires (German civilians and those living in Germany with authorization to work) and stateside hires. Stateside hires are extremely expensive to sponsor and move. There are very, very, very few positions that are open to stateside hires.
