Im getting Xperl. How about addons for maps, and i want something that will let me how much much im healed for and when people buff me, damage from dots and what kind of buffs. And is omen threat meter good? Also im playing a mage, so any good addons for sheep timer, decursing etc?

I use Recount, it's a all in one damage meter. It tells you how much damage you've done/recieved and I think it includes heals.
You can use OmmniCC for countdowns, it display's numbers on your hotkey icons showing how much time the ability has left.
