Each year the company supplies air management solutions for over half a million installations across the residential and commercial/industrial sectors in the U.K. and around the world. They are looking for an installation contracts manager to take responsibility for the profitable, efficient and risk free delivery of their residential systems ventilation installation and commissioning contracts. You will be Contributing to the achievement of the companies high expectations for this area of the business in a very hands on manner. You will manage a team of seven personnel covering the specific disciplines of site management and installation Co-ordination and work in close liaison with the residential applicants and design team on bids, pre order procedures and after-order re-design requirements. The client will expect you to be 'hands on' with all major projects and offer their customer friendly 'can do' service to customers.
For this role you will need to have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to gain a relationship with the customer. An excellent knowledge of Building services and Mechanical/ Electrical contracting methods and processes is essential. You must have strong commercial awareness and you must have an excellent knowledge of contracts management procedures and processes with experience in a similar role preffered.

Project managed the implementation of the Repairable/Rotable section.

Was the Project Manager and implemented the Repairable/Rotable section at RBM. For the duration until handover there were 6 persons reporting from Controller, Programmer, Assessors to Administrative Assistant.

It was indeed a excellent opportunity and a great achievement with a great many challenges. The section was recently audited (February 2007) by a Rio Tinto representative and is aligned to the business.
