bronze can increase skin cancer - Lorry - 12-16-2009

Skin cancer is a result of damaged DNA that cannot repair itself. As a result, the damaged cells replicate at a rapid pace (more rapidly than normal skin cells), forming a tumor on the skin. Usually the tumor appears on the epidermis, or the uppermost layer of the skin, so it is visible to the human eye. That is why it is very danger for our skin. Exposure to the sun cause the Ultraviolet radiation and it's effect on our skin is terrible.
Do you think it is really dangerous ?

I think that it depends the time that you stay on the beach, and if you use some cremes that protect the skin against UV radiation then there is no reason to be afraid. The important think is to know the measure while bronzing, not to stay too much time in a direct connection with the sun that's all.

I think the best time to spend on beach is early in the morning is that from 7am to 10am. In this time period you can also gain Vitamin D from the rays of sun. Skin Care Tips
