London: Junior sous chef required for hampstead gastropub re - EUjobs - 06-08-2008
One of North London's most popular Gastropub and Restaurants is looking to recruit a talented and creative Junior Sous Chef.
The Wells has been open for almost 5 years and has gone from strength to strength. Recently awarded 18.5 out of 20 by Marco Pierre White in his review for Waitrose magazine.
With the busy summer season approaching we are looking to recruit an ambitious individual, capable of working as part of a team and leading from the front in the absence of the Head/Sous Chef.
To be considered for an interview you must have at least 5 years experience in a professional kitchen, have a strong command of English, and be able to lead from the front.
Part of your responsibilities will be to take charge of the kitchen porters ensuring that all health and hygiene aspects of the kitchen are being adherred to.
