A small, dynamic PR agency that looks after a high profile client is looking for a PA / administrator to join its team of three. You will be providing full support for a busy Director, organising and managing her financial, personal and work affairs. You will also help the team with its PR activity including the organisation of exclusive events and the management of VIPs.
The ideal candidate will be a smart and presentable second or third jobber, have and excellent telephone manner, great wrtitten skills (in English), a superb level of IT literacy (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint) as well as methodical and organised work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The right person should be looking to fill an assistant role for at least two years.
