To relax your eyes you can use "near-far focus" exercise: focus eyes on an object in front of your nose for some seconds and after focus on an object 10 feet away- do it some minutes.

First of all i think that we should make rests about 15-20 minutes, when feel tired, or at least should make some exercises with eyes. One of them is to close the eyes and think about something beautiful or restless, or to look at something that posses green color because this color has benefit properties for our eyes.

When I work on the computer I always make rests within 15-20 minutes before I start again to work because my eyes during working on the computer become tire and and can not anymore typing. So it is important to know the measure on staying on the computer.

Another simple way of protecting of eyes is through 'palming'. Rub the palms of both hands for about 30 seconds, close the eyes and gently place the warm palms over the eyes.
