Job Summary
An Interim Operations Manager is required to provide cover whilst the recruitment process is followed for a number of senior vacancies. This will involve providing strategic direction for property improvements, as well as overseeing planned and reactive maintenance programmes on both residential and commercial properties. Budget management and financial control will be a major focus, ensuring that labour is allocated in a cost effective manner and that KPIs are met.
Direct reports - up to 4 managers, who in turn manage up to 10 supervisors and over 100 tradespeople.
Skills and Experience
Applicants must have measured and demonstrable experience of managing a Direct Services Organisation.
Proven track record of financial management and strategic planning.
Other information
3-6 month contract.
Pay rates are open to negotiation.
