"We are protectin our citizens and people, wherever they are", so if they actually are protecting why there is this case and a long line of Russian citizens in front of RF's embassy in Tbilisi?

Foreign Ministry Spokesman of People's Republic of China Qin Gang has answered question referring Russia's recognition of independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia and expressed standpoint of People's Republic of China about the issue.
Gang said: `China has expressed concern over the latest developments of the situation in South Ossetia and Abkhazia. We understand the complicated history and reality of South Ossetia and Abkhazia issue. In the meantime, in light of our consistent principle and position on issues alike, we hope to see relevant parties resolve the issue properly through dialogue and consultation`.
China also said that hey you russians, stop bullshitting.........

This might be explained that during difficult times, only those who need help mostly, get it. This also may be a reason of bad management in the embassy.

Итоговый документ саммита стран-членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества не содержит прямого одобрения российской военной кампании против Грузии, сообщает ВВС. В нем указывается лишь, что государства ШОС "поддержали активную роль России в содействии миру" в Южной Осетии. В совместном коммюнике также говорится, что "государства-члены ШОС выражают глубокую озабоченность в связи с недавно возникшей напряженностью в югоосетинском вопросе и призывают соответствующие стороны путем мирного диалога разрешать существующие проблемы".
В заявлении ШОС члены организации также "приветствовали" соглашение о прекращении огня в зоне конфликта в Грузии, достигнутое при посредничестве президента Франции Николя Саркози.
В формулировке нашла отражение позиция, которой в отношении кавказского кризиса придерживался Китай. В четверг до окончания саммита пресс-секретарь китайского МИД Цинь Ган вновь заявил: "Китай по аналогичным вопросам занимает принципиальную позицию: все проблемы должны решаться путем диалога и консультаций".
