London: Maintenance engineer temp to perm gbp8.65 per hour g - EUjobs - 07-25-2008
My client, a leading provider of serviced apartments in central London, has an immediate requirement for a Maintenance Engineer to join them on a temporary to permanent contract. The position is ideal for individuals with a bias towards general maintenance and painting skills, who want to be part of a small team.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Experience of providing general maintenance in a customer-facing environment
- Experience of working in a 4 or 5* hotel or serviced apartments
- High level of personal presentation as well as good communication skills
Please note that as this position will be recruited on a temporary to permanent basis it is preferred that any applicants are immediately available.
