Senior Architect
Senior Project Architect Required For Various Large Scale Prestigious Projects
The practice is managed as a single organisation with a central office quality management system which has been designed to meet the standards required by ISO 9001 QA certification. Individual projects are run by teams headed up by a Director who is the point of contact for the client throughout. Subject specialisations are developed within the practice and the expertise of this are made available to all. Every building is subjected to an environmental and access audit at design stages Future Foundations and have signed up to this at Ambassador level.
My Client is known for its innovative approach through close collaboration with users and clients. They understand the need for quality developments which promote sustainability and which deliver value for money. The range of their new build experience extends from designing schemes on tight urban sites to sensitive designs in conservation areas and in rural settings. They are also experienced in the re-modelling and refurbishment of existing buildings of all types.
You will be required to carry out the following duties; Interpretation Of The Brief, Project Programming, Management Of Internal Project Team, Coordination With Other Members Of The Design Team, Design And Specification Writing, Construction Detailing, Contract Administration, Cost Management,
