Nowadays personalities and politic are working only for their own interests, what happens with people and with the planet in the long term has not interest for them.
Big projects have long term objectives.
Mature personalities: direct their lives toward transcend objectives
Immature personalities: direct their lives to immediate objectives and can not experience transcend impulses, emotions and feelings.
Half of the population is immature and they are in the power.
