Many people gathered together on a central morgue to honor the dead after Friday's fire at the nightclub in Perm. Perm residents express indignation over safety standarts , which was the reason of 146 deaths. Many people stood on a bitter cold outside the morgue, somebody laid flowers and lit candles in front of the "Lame Horse" nightclub where the an accident had happened.
