The al-Qa'ida leader alleged he will continue his war against Israel, after Bush ended his visit to this country. This will not bring to happy end

I can't understand how they can't catch him. common, they are a bunch of security organisations but this just seems to be too complicated then they were trained for?

This demonstrates how helpless are such organisations as CIA and FBI when it gets to serious criminals. Bin Laden crosses borders without passports anytime he wants.
