I don't practice yoga. However I know that some guys who do that. I should say they are pretty healthy and never address to doctors for help.

Men who practice yoga are so slim. they don't even look like men, who can they be healthy. The body needs meet, while yogas don't even pay attention to it, moreover considering it a threat.

yes Helen, you're right, they are slim, but that's because they don't eat meat and maintain their youth. They are indeed very healthy and have a strong immune system.

yes Hakan, they are. But they also include in their meals milk and diary products. So they are not quite vegetarians. OK, I suppose living without meat is possible, but, at the same time, not including milk in your breakfast/dinner will affect negatively the health.

It's not necessarily to be a vegetarian if you wanna be a yoga. The point is that, with time, after practicing yoga for a couple of months you will understand and feel that eating meat makes you feel heavy. Therefore fruits and vegetables can offer your body the best.

yes Benn, but believe me. If she was to know which one is better in bed, she would choose yoga.

if a bodybuilder stops pumping his "iron", his body will become just a garnering of fat, artificial fat. It will be almost impossible for him to lose weight in a natural way. While yogaa have their body and mind in permanent great condition, and they remain healthy even if they quit practicing exercises.

yoga is great for people who have painful diseases. It activates certain points in your brain which are responsible for pain and thus controls them. Yoga breathing exercises used in yoga can also reduce pain

"Mens sano in corpore sano" - a latin quote, meaning "Healthy brain in a healthy body". Yoga mainly focuses on mental and soul health. So it treats all health problems indirectly.

Yoga refers to traditional physical and mental disciplines originating in India. The word is associated with meditative practices in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. I think that they say that because through this meditative operation they think about how to change their possibility, and after that session they think that they got some new possibility. I think this is not true.

Those who practice Yoga say that meditation practices can literally change their minds. While dong these exercises brain works in creating specific feelings and states of mind. They affirm that the brain is malleable and changeable, and it is changed by how they use it. Maybe while its brain changing they say that they were been reborn.

Yoga is very good!
First: it is a very good exercise (and not as easy as it looks)
Second: it helps you learn, how to relax (many people in our days can not just relax)
