Finland has a high suicide rate in comparison to other european countries and other countries around the world. why do you think this is so . Is it the cold weather perhaps or does the government have no sufficient programs in this area?

according to statistics, Finland ranks only the 13th, while China is the first country after suicide level. Thus, 20.5 people per 100,000 die every year in Finland. In China it's 56 people.

I know this is FInland's disease. I also know that men prefer hanging while women poisoning. Finland is a great country, I'm not sure why they do this... maybe it's because of their high life level. People live so good that they want to experience something unusual. They consider life boring.

As a rule it's vice-versa. People commit suicide because of unpleasant life conditions, circumstances, surroundings, problems etc. The big number of suicides in Finland is probably just a coincidence and nothing more

Big number of suicides is a sign that the nation is not sufficiently illuminated by religion. As we all know, religion forbids to kill yourself, because it is considered you are not allow to take away the life you haven't given birth to.

Finland has obviously gone crazy with these suicides. The Finnish people forgot about the moral/spiritual part of human. They are too materialist and see the life very superficially, instead of watching it from within, from its kernel, as spiritual values are more important than the material ones.
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

The most of cases of suicides among the youth take place because of the love. Young boys and especially girls fall in love very early, and when the love is not "genuine", they find no other way but to kill themselves.

I also heard that in the northern countries people suffer from the depressions and commit suicides because of the lack of the sun light. Since the weather is often misty and rainy, this influences people's mood. But it is one of the theories, which however isn't proved.
