Nice, clean hotel, but double charged my credit card. Bank confirmed it is hotel's fault, hotel denied it... Trying to resolve now.... This is big disappointment considering this is part of the Mariott chain of hotels.

This was just an average hotel but they have shuttle service from/to airport and the companies in the area.

The hotel was clean and classy. I would have enjoyed a pool. The AC was regulated externally from the room so that it could not be turned down past a certain point. Wifi was available but for a fee. I did not use the restaurant since prices were on the high side (24 euros per person for breakfast).

Very quiet area - so quiet you wonder if anyone lives here! Apartment was spacious enough - but : phones do not work, fridge barely works, no CNN or BBC, no iron, balcony tiling coming off and a general air of dilapidation.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location as it's situated in the heart of Brussels, not far from 'Grand Place' (main square). Only 10 min. walk from train station 'Brussel Centraal', good tram connection with train station Gare du Midi ('Brussel Zuid') from which Eurostar trains depart.

This was what I would call a proper value for money. Though a bit outside of the city centre, the modern building and best facilities made the holiday one of the best, and I really enjoyed the breakfasts!

I previously stayed in the Hotel Stefanie, part of the same group and had a very pleasant stay. The City Central is almost next door and a bit less expensive. Staff: great - warm and welcoming; room - excellent. Breakfast - very good. What more is there to say!

Stayed for one night in April. Got a good early booking rate on their website. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were friendly, even dealt with our lost luggage issue.
