Re: The sleep

Go to bed every day (even on weekends) at the same time in order to avoid restless sleep. This compliance of time will help the body to meet the biological rhythmrhythm that regulates your sleep and keep you in normal condition. It is considered that if we go to sleep before midnight, then one hour...

Re: What european countries do you need a travel visa for?

It all depends on where you are from. The most accurate and reliable information can probably be provided by the Foreign Affairs Ministry of your country. I also use http://projectvisa.com/ and it is quite good, but it's better if you can double-check.

Re: A chewing gum can help you waste weight

There are healthier ways of loosing weight, for sure! Chewing gum might cause more problems than we think... especially if you read the "ingredients", it's all chemicals our bodies don't need. You could just look at a lemon instead, the effect might be the same :D

Recently, I've come across these Thai commercials, you can watch them here http://www.cnngo.com/bangkok/play/10-crazy-commercials-hit-thai-tvs-decade-985994 While trying to understand them and see the funny part, I realized most of them would be considered as very stupid or disgusting in other count...

Re: Most exotic travels

Maybe Belarus could be an exotic place? for some people of course... It's probably not that exotic if we refer to nature, food or traditions, but in terms of social and political circumstances and also people's lives, it can offer interesting experiences. Also, the soviet atmosphere in many parts of...

Re: Is Paris the most beautiful place in France?

I liked Paris and indeed it is a special city, full of events, action and romance. But I don't think I would call it the most beautiful place...France is a quite big country, and it has mountains, seaside, provincial towns, each sharing its own charm. It's probably a matter of taste, I would prefer ...

Re: Most dangerous places to travel in the world?

How would you define a dangerous place? Because in my opinion, any big, cosmopolitan city, such as New York, London, Tokyo and etc,. are not really safe... Some of the countries you mentioned might be politically unstable (not talking about wars), but it doesn't mean they are a threat to tourists. S...

Re: Do u like to travel which method do u prefer?

Planes are very often the most convenient way of traveling, but I try to take into account the environmental factor as well. Thus, I'd probably take a train or bus, if distance and price are adequate. Has anybody tried hitchhiking? I have met and talked to several people who practiced this, and beca...

Re: Does travel improve our knowledges?

First of all, I believe you discover yourself and learn a lot about "hidden" aspects of your personality. Based on my experience: whenever provided with various challenges while traveling, there was always a lesson to learn. And often, I couldn't see an immediate result or effect, but afte...
