Another reason could be that we like to be challenged, we like being late so we can see how quickly we can get to the next appt etc, life is more challenging and fun when we have to fit in more things

This is good question. ive read the keeping a high rate of more than 140bpm for 30mins is great to realease endorphins etc and help with things like anxiety. Haha yeah i agree another possible germ source would also be our mobile phones, how many of us steralise them from time to time. Think about we touch so many things on a day to day basis and also keep touching our phones soon after.

Yeah I also believe it is good to say it. You not only feel better (intending that you mean it ofcourse) as your more expressive of your emotions but also the recepient of the 'i love you' also feels good

Im not sure im recalling this correctly but there are considered two main reasons:

one is boredom they want to be challenged, they no longer feel loved

one is for revenge; theyre unhappy (or partner has upset them) with their partner and cheat for revenge

I think sleep is an important factor in maintaing your immune system, also that your daily stress levels and the foods we eat should be rich in antioxidants.
