Re: How to get up early in the morning???

If it's a hard for you to get out of bed in the morning, think of some things that are likely to wake you up. Try telling yourself that you're hungry and that you need food so you need to wake up, or something like that. You should set your clock somewhere where it will need to get up to turn it off.

Re: Beauty or Cleverness

I choose cleverness, the truly clever maintain a superior sense of humility. Those who look good usually know they are beautiful and they don't need many knowledges, but with age the beauty fades until the beautiful become normal looking and then who you will look at?

Re: Women and diets! Good or bad?

The most effective diet is never a diet, but a lifestyle change. If you change what you eat, by reducing the number of calories you consume (for example), you may lose weight. However, when you go back to your previous eating habits, all that lost weight will come right back again.

Re: Scurf and ways to fight against it

Beets have been found useful in dandruff. Both tops and roots should be boiled in water and this water should be massaged into the scalp with the finger tips every night. White beet is better for this purpose. Another useful remedy is the use of a teaspoon of fresh lime juice for the last rinse, whi...

Re: Recommended drinks

Black coffee is rich in antioxidants that can help boost your mood, improve concentration, reduce the risk of diabetes and cancer, as well as many other benefits. Keep you coffee consumption at 4 cups or less per day – as with anything, moderation is the key.

Re: How to explain your employee his incompetence

First of all you should explain it what was the problem, you should never cry on it, and blaming or saying different kinds of bad expressions. The employee should know what was its mistake and it should try to correct it in the best ways.

Re: Skills and Knowledge for starting a business

Uhmz, you might just go to a company near you and ask for a job. this might give you some experience about how to run a company. Hmm, it is a good idea but i think it will take a lot of time to find out some information. I think the best first of all is to ask friends advice, maybe some of them kno...

Re: EU against Russia

It's a very dangerous work to do that. The world requires diplomacy, otherwise there would only be wars over wars! I'm absolutely agree with you, there should be diplomacy in such situation, they should find a common point, to make its business in peaceful meaning, because from their misunderstandi...

Re: Tibet?

The fate of Tibet's unique national, cultural and religious identity is today seriously threatened and manipulated by Chinese policies. Tibetans still face abhorrent human rights abuse, environmental devastation and cultural genocide. Many basic freedoms are controlled by the Chinese government.

Re: What if there were no such thing as money?

I think it can be like that because whatever it will be something which will permit to change, to sell or to buy goods. It may be products or worth papers, or maybe metals or stones, but it is ridiculous to think about that, we should think positive and think how to make the world better.

Re: Romania could adopt euro in 2014

I think it is very possible but not so soon, maybe after 5-6 years but I don't think it will be so soon. This country is not yet ready for such changes in its economy and politics. From another hand who knows, but I think many people would be contrary to this decision.

As global warming causes the polar icecaps to recede, potentially oil-rich seabeds are being uncovered beneath the Arctic Circle in the suddenly navigable territory.
