Re: Freezing

I think it is good to take a warm shower and to drink a cup of tea. Then try to sleep because the organism became weak during freezing and it need relaxation and warm conditions.

I also think that while sneezing we close the eyes because our organism try to protect itself from the bacterias which can reach in the eyes. We should not try or exercise with trying to keep the eyes open, it will bring nothing good.

I use headphone for many years and i didn't pay attention at my hearing percentage. I think it comes with time and it is not danger to listen music with headsets, of course if you will listen at a low volume. If listening at a high volume it can damage hearing no doubts.
