Reporting to the Commercial Manager we require an experienced Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor experienced in general construction with knowledge of either Social Housing or Bespoke Residential conversions. You will be expected to procure subcontractors, agree contract terms, assess and carry out sit valuations, administer the variation account through to agreement of the final account with the client's surveyor. The role will suit a highly motivated Quantitiy Surveyor with the drive to succeed.
