Senior Surveyor/Freelance Senior Surveyor required to work on a multi-million pound new build development that is earmarked for the Olympics 2012. You will need strong management skills as you will be overseeing a team of 6 surveyors reporting to the Commercial Manager. All pre and post contract duties.

POSITION:Assistant/ Project Quantity Surveyor

Suitable applicants will possess:

* Confidence, self motivation and have a hands-on approach to Quantity Surveying
* Good commercial awareness and willingness to be a key team member.
* The ability to cope with change and develop new skills
* Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
* An education to a Degree standard. While a professional qualification would be an advantage, it is not essential.
* A good understanding of the standard forms of Sub-contract is required
