New fast paced telecommunications company with two sites in London and one on the South Coast require an assistant to support our current team at our Data Centre.
Skills required for this role are:
basic TCP/IP networking skills
some experience working with VPN
confident with most aspects of Linux
You will need an understanding of the components of a computer and how they fit together along with knowledge of basic programming concepts.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of telecommunications i.e E1s, trunks, call flows, routing etc and have knowledge of voip and asterix server.
emailing: pop, imap, smtp knowledge also a requirement along with a basic understanding of cabling: straight, crossover, telco, type 43 etc.
Salary will be based on experience.
